Find out more about the Inspection Process
I guarantee to provide the highest level of professional home inspection and commercial inspection services available. I will spend more time inspecting and talking with you than most home inspectors to reduce your uncertainties about the investment you are making as much as possible. You will get an education as well as an inspection if you accompany me on the inspection.

I encourage you to attend your Bradford home inspection. When you attend the inspection you get a first hand education on all the major installed components of your new home. It also gives you a better frame of reference and connection to the detailed report we provide. The report contains pictures of every issue and deficiency. Understanding the implications of a problem can help you better understand the costs and trades people required to fix issues.

A Home Inspection will identify issues or deficiencies that otherwise may go un-noticed until after your transaction closes. Protect yourself from un-expected expenses and/or repair bills by having a Professional inspect your property.
